The context
The existing website no longer met the needs of its main audience, mostly seniors, and posed significant accessibility barriers. It was also visually outdated.
The mission
Redesign the entire website with a new visual identity, ensuring a simple, clear navigation fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Accessibility
The redesign follows WCAG 2.1 AA standards, with attention to font sizes, contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
UI Design
The new interface is tailored for seniors: intuitive layout, large touch-friendly elements, and a clean visual hierarchy.
Awarness
Content was restructured to highlight the CFB’s mission and reassure users about available services, with an emphasis on clarity and trust.
